About us
A family firm that turns up when we say we will
Kerrow is a small, local team, not a call centre. When you ring, you'll speak to one of us.
I started Kerrow in 2009 after training with a Nottingham heating firm. Today there are four of us: two Gas Safe engineers, an apprentice and Sarah, who runs the diary and makes sure you get a text the evening before we arrive.
Most of our work comes from people who've used us before or been recommended by a neighbour. We'd like to keep it that way, so we explain the job before we start, put dust sheets down, and leave your home as we found it.

How often should my boiler be serviced?
Once a year. Most manufacturers need a yearly service to keep the warranty valid, and it's the best way to catch problems before they become breakdowns.
Do you charge for quotes?
No. Quotes for new boilers, heating work and bathrooms are free and come with a fixed written price.
Which boiler makes do you work on?
All the main makes, including Worcester Bosch, Vaillant, Ideal, Baxi and Viessmann.
Can I spread the cost of a new boiler?
Yes. We can arrange finance on new boiler installations, subject to status. Ask us when you book your quote.
