MyWebsiteHost is an independent web hosting company based in Fiskerton, near Southwell in Nottinghamshire. We've been hosting websites since 2005, under the names BiGWorld Hosting and IslandHost before MyWebsiteHost, and most of our customers are small businesses and the people who build websites for them.

How our support works
Support is by ticket, and your ticket is read by the people who run the servers, not passed through a call centre. Every request leaves a written record, anyone on our side can pick it up, and nobody's place in the queue depends on how persistent they are. Premium subscribers also get phone access, for the times when a conversation really is faster.
Our server status page is public and needs no login, so you can always check whether a problem is ours before you spend an afternoon on it.
