Which apps are included?
Every plan includes webmail, calendar, tasks and an address book. Productivity adds OX Drive for files and OX Documents for text, spreadsheets and presentations.
What is OX Drive?
Online storage for your documents, photos and other files, available wherever you log in, and synced to your devices through the browser or the desktop and mobile apps. It's part of the Productivity plan.
What is OX Documents?
Three apps, OX Text, OX Spreadsheet and OX Presentation, for creating and editing documents, spreadsheets and presentations online from any device. It's part of the Productivity plan.
Which devices and browsers does it support?
Almost all desktop and mobile email apps, including Outlook, Apple Mail and the iPhone and Android mail apps, and current versions of Chrome, Safari, Firefox and Edge.
Is a mailbox included with my hosting?
Web, WordPress, Managed VPS and Reseller R-10, R-25 and R-50 plans include one mailbox free. Add Professional Email to your basket with your hosting and enter code FREEMAILBOX. Flexi plans don't include a mailbox.
Will it work with Outlook and my phone?
Yes. It works with Outlook, Apple Mail and the built-in iPhone and Android apps, and calendars and contacts sync through CalDAV and CardDAV.
Can I move my existing email across?
Yes. The self-service migration tool moves email from Gmail, Outlook.com and Hotmail, Yahoo Mail, Apple iCloud and others, or from any provider using IMAP or POP3. If you'd rather we helped, open a ticket.
What does Productivity add?
A bigger mailbox, 25 GB of cloud file storage and online documents, spreadsheets and presentations.
Can I add other email accounts?
Yes. You can connect any IMAP account, such as Gmail or Outlook.com, to the webmail app.
