1. Registration Obligations
By registering a domain through our services, you agree to provide accurate and complete information. This includes your contact details, administrative, technical, and billing information. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of this information and updating it promptly in case of changes.
2. Domain Ownership
When you register a domain through our services, you become the legal owner of that domain, provided you adhere to the terms of this agreement and any applicable laws. You have the right to use, transfer, and renew the domain as long as you meet the requirements of domain registrars and relevant governing bodies.
3. Renewals and Transfers
You are responsible for renewing your domain registration before it expires. Failure to renew in a timely manner may result in the loss of the domain. Transfers to another registrar may be subject to certain conditions and fees. You are encouraged to review the terms of domain transfers as outlined by your chosen registrar.
4. Free Services
- All Free Services - We reserve the right to discontinue any free service. Should we do so, you will be given 30 days' notice before termination of the service.
- Free DNS - This is available for all domains registered through us. However, to ensure optimal website performance, we will move your Domain's DNS to a premium server if you take a Web Hosting Package with us. Once moved, you will no longer have access to your domain's DNS Records.
- Domain Theft Protection - Domain Theft Protection is only available on gTLDs.
5. WHOIS Information
As required by domain registrars and relevant authorities, your WHOIS information (including name, email, and address) will be publicly available in the domain registry. You can choose to use privacy protection services to hide some of this information, but certain details must remain accessible for legal and administrative purposes.
6. Dispute Resolution
Disputes arising from domain ownership, registration, or usage will be subject to the dispute resolution policies of the relevant domain registrar and applicable laws. You agree to abide by these policies and to address any disputes through the designated processes provided by the registrar.
7. Termination
This agreement may be terminated if you violate its terms or engage in activities that jeopardize domain integrity or reputation. Termination may result in the loss of domain ownership and registration. We reserve the right to take necessary actions to protect our services and the broader online community.
8. Changes to This Agreement
We may update this Domain Registration Agreement to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will notify you of any significant changes by posting a notice on our website. It's your responsibility to review this agreement periodically to ensure compliance with our terms.
