What pay-as-you-go hosting means

Flexi Hosting costs £2 a month. That includes 2 GB of disk space and one additional domain. If your site grows past that, extra disk space is £0.50 per GB and each additional domain is £1, added to your next invoice. There's no tier to outgrow and no upgrade to remember.

It suits websites that are small and likely to stay that way: a club or society, a charity, a sole trader, a holding page for a new business, or a personal site. Flexi runs on the same NVMe servers in London as our other plans, with free SSL and daily backups.

Flexi doesn't include a free email mailbox, which keeps the price down. If you need email, add Professional Email separately.

How is my usage measured?

Disk space and domains are measured automatically, and anything above what's included appears as a line on your next invoice.

Is Flexi cheaper than Web Starter?

For a small site, yes. Web Starter is £5.99 a month for up to 5 GB and includes a free mailbox. If your site uses more than about 9 GB, or you'd use the mailbox, Web Starter usually works out better.

Can I move from Flexi to another plan later?

Yes. Open a ticket and we'll move your site to a Web or WordPress plan.
