Recommend us and earn account credit
Most of our customers find us because someone mentioned us. If you're happy with us and know someone who needs hosting, email or a new website, share your link. When they order, you earn credit towards your own bills.
How it works
Share your link
Turn on referrals in your client area with one click, then copy your personal link.
They order
Your friend or colleague clicks your link, has a look round and orders in the usual way.
You get credit
We add your reward to your account. It comes off your next invoices.
What you earn
10% of their first payment
When they order a hosting plan, email, spam filtering, SSL, website security, backup or another of our products.
£50
When they order a website designed and built by us.
You earn once per order, on the first payment. Renewals don't earn again.
Not included: domain names, and extras added to a hosting plan in the same order (only the hosting plan earns). You can't refer yourself.
When you get it
Your reward shows as pending in your client area for 31 days, which covers our 30-day money-back guarantee. After that it's yours. Once you have £10 or more available, ask for it from the Affiliates page and we'll add it to your account as credit. Credit is used automatically on your next invoices; it can't be paid out as cash.
Questions
Does my friend get a discount?
Not as standard. Now and then we run offers for people who were recommended, and we'll tell you when we do.
Do they have to order straight away?
No. Your link is remembered on the device they use, so they can come back later. It works best if they order on the same device and browser they used to click your link.
Can an existing customer use my link?
Yes. If they click your link and then order something new, it counts.
What if I think a referral was missed?
Get in touch with their name and roughly when they ordered, and we'll look into it.
What if they use a promotion code?
Your 10% is worked out on what they actually pay. The £50 for a website is the same whatever they pay.
Thank you for recommending us. It means a lot to a small business.
