Quick fixes for the questions we hear most often about Nova AI Website Builder.
Nova didn't build what I described
Add more detail about who the site is for, what visitors should do, and which pages or features you need. Click Improve Prompt before building to turn your idea into a fuller brief. For bigger projects, build in stages: the main page first, then one section or feature per message.
A change made my project worse
Use Edit Previous Prompt to go back to an earlier message in the chat. Nova restores your project to how it was at that point, and you can carry on from there. If the project is already published, click Publish again to update the live site.
It doesn't look right on mobile
Use the preview to check it at mobile and tablet sizes. Then ask Nova: "Make this fully responsive for mobile." You can also adjust individual elements yourself in Edit Mode.
I've run out of credits
Credits refill on your billing date each month. To keep building now, upgrade your plan from your client area. See Nova plans and AI credits explained.
I can't connect my domain
Publishing to your own domain needs the Start plan or above. The domain must be registered and active. See Publishing your Nova project to your own domain, or open a ticket if it's registered with us.
My uploaded file isn't working
Check the file is within Nova's size limits, and isn't password protected:
- CSV: up to 256 KB
- Excel: up to 512 KB
- Images and PDFs: up to 1 MB
My form isn't showing
Typeform and Google Forms connections need the Start plan or above. Check the connection completed in Nova's Connections settings.
Voice input isn't picking me up
Voice to Text works best somewhere quiet. If it's struggling, type your prompt instead and use Improve Prompt to expand it.
Nova replies in the wrong language
Nova's screens are available in English, French, Dutch, Brazilian Portuguese and Japanese. Set your language in your Nova account settings. You can write your prompts in any language.
